Our Staff

The key to success of an orthodontic office lies in its staff or "team." Our office staff combines technical expertise, warmth and professionalism. Here is a brief introduction of each team member.

Glenda Fleming

Glenda was born and raised in Marin and received her training at Bryman College. She lives here in Marin and enjoys both snowboarding and roller blading during her free time.

Barbara Metzger

Barbara was born and raised in Massachusetts and attended Lasalle College, where she received her associate's degree. Barbara is a longtime Marin County resident where she raised her children, Carolyn and Scott. Her hobbies include gardening and hiking.

Dana Garrett

Dana was born and raised in Marin County. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Chico State University. She and her husband, Richard, live here in Marin, and their hobbies include playing golf, aerobic fitness and snow skiing.

Azara Ukususman

Azara was born and raised in Moldavis (former USSR) and immigrated to the United States in 1989. She graduated from Chernovtsy State University with a degree in accounting. Azara and her husband, Mark, reside in Danville. She has a son, Edward, who is currently a student at University of California, Davis. Azara's hobbies include traveling, reading, listening to classic music and cross-stitching.
